7 years ago today, Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay threw a 1-0 perfect game against the Miami Marlins. The Phillies only run of the game was scored on a Marlins error in the 3rd inning. Halladay threw 115 pitches on the night and struck out 11 batters. The perfect game was the only one of Halladay’s career and was the 20th perfect game in Major League Baseball, just the second one in Phillies history.
